Do you feel like you have the worst life in the world? Are you feeling upset everyday? If the answer is yes, you might want to start thinking a little more positively. If the answer is no, go ahead and read this anyway, it might help. 1. Talk About What Makes You Happy Admit it. You've ranted to somebody about your miseries or wrote in a diary/journal about your problems or something similar to that. Why not take a different approach? When you talk to people, don't go on about what's wrong with your life. Why? Because if you talk about your joys, the things that make you happy, you start to feel a little happier. 2. Spread Positivity Try being nice to people, if you're usually indifferent or rude. Give them compliments, help them, talk to them, anything. They might not return the favour, but it still might make you feel a little better- to know that you probably made someone's day by being nice to them. 3. Stop Expecting The Worst Don't keep on anticipating what could go wrong. It just makes you feel more sure that it'll happen. Instead, keep telling yourself that nothing bad will happen. Convince yourself that everything will go right, and it might just change your whole day. 4. Don't Hang On To Negativity You know how when you wake up in the morning, and one thing goes wrong, the rest of your day seems to go downhill? It's not actually true. It's just one bad thing that happened that you're making a huge deal of. Don't let the negativity affect you. Did something go wrong? Forget about it and move on to the next thing. Chances are, this time it will go fine. 5. Be Happy This one is a no-brainer. Research has showed that when you're sad and you smile, you automatically feel better. No matter how bad something is, find the positive points, stay strong and just smile: You'll definitely get through it. Here are some positive bunny posts to brighten your day.
